Good selection of kitchen's, staff very helpful.

We came for a quote for a kitchen are looking at a bespoke kitchen which we had already booked in which we have to cancel due to costs. We showed the quote to magnet when we arrived as wanted like for like products.I found the staff very unprofessional as the lady who served us was actually moaning about the other staff member who was working that Sunday with her whilst in our meeting. I have had to chase continuously for any reply’s quotes drawings. The drawings has been done without the appliances the first time even though we choose ours in the meeting. But again the lady doing our meeting and drawing kept stopping and answering personal messages from her Moblie phone selling items on marketplace on Facebook! And my design still didn’t get completed until 2 weeks after, then to find that magnet have quoted us the same price as a bespoke handmade kitchen charging £100,000 just on cabinets that was 50% off in the sale apparently.And still we chased the company again for the quotes and drawings.Honestly do not even bother with this company I booked my kitchen yesterday with a totally different company everything I wanted and also appliances for £34,500.I should never of showed them the previous quote I had. I wouldn’t use this company!Magnet as a company think you should look at your employees.

Showroom is relatively small and poorly lit. Bad selection of kitchens relative to market and trade prices.

Helpful staff and quick delivery, large showroom inside too if unsure on colours.

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Great range of products with reasonable prices, and the big screen renders give you a fantastic view of what your kitchen will look like. The best thing is you don't get the hard sell like some other kitchen retailers. Highly recommended...

Showroom looks a bit tired .... Could do with sprucing up a bit.Staff seemed friendly but busy.Not a showroom to inspire you to buy from them.

Kim designed my new kitchen and she was very understanding for my needs and meet all my request. Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. Wendy sort out the finance and delivery issues. This is second time I use Magnet Chelmsford and highly recommended.My only issue was with delivery timing was good however the delivery guys need training.

Purchased a kitchen and some flooring from the Chelmsford Magnet branch for my one bed flat. The staff were really nice and the manager Louise gave me great advice on the layout (as it's a tiny kitchen) and no sales pressure. Well pleased with the result and happy to recommend them!
