Humber Clean have been brilliant, always done a good job with our windows and conservatory. I really appreciate the ability to pay directly rather than cash, and that everything can be sorted out online. Definitely recommend them.

Humber clean are a great company to deal with. From the very start chatting to Lucy about what we needed (gutters cleaning) she was quick to respond and very helpful with all enquiries.The two gents that turned up to carry out the work were very polite and friendly. Once the work was completed they explained what they removed and showed me exactly what they managed to get out of the gutters. The lads did a great job, very clean and tidy.I will definitely be using Humber clean in the future, great professional service. Thank you.

Guttering looked tired, dirty and full of leaves. They were cleaning the windows of our next door neighbour, on the off chance I asked them if they could clean our guttering and fascia’s. Made an appointment. Turned up on time. Wow what a difference. The guttering looks brand new. The team were polite and very professional. Fully explained what they were going to do. Photos were taken and shown to me before and after the clean. Asked me to check the work. Checked since to make sure we are still satisfied. So pleased with them that they are coming back to do other roof work.Give them a chance you will not be disappointed.

We used Humber Clean November 2023. To give you an idea of the size of the job we have a detached house with 12 windows including a bay window. There are a total of 58 panes of leaded glass in the scope of this job. We also have white gutters, fascia and sofits and a detached garage with a rollover door, white gutters, facias a window and a separate door also included was a small 12 sq metre conservatory. So there is a lot of UPVC to be cleaned! The windows are about 25 years old, the conservatory 15-20 years. Also external cleaning hadn't been done for 3 years and I couldn't do it because of a major operation.I got 2 quotes from companies I have used or were recommended, at £365 both prices were within £5 of each other.I chose Humber Clean and leading up to cleaning day I got text reminders of the date and arrival time.The only thing I had to provide was a power point, Mike and Craig have all the ladders, pumps, hoses, brushes and water etc needed.Mike and Craig were excellent visitors to have around and gave the extra mile by re-fixing 2 UPVC corners that had come adrift. They even cleaned the joints of my garage rollover door after I released it. They also cleaned the debris out of the gutters and talked to me about the contents because the weather was raining there was water extracted as well as debris, normally debris goes in the bin but Mike didn't want to put a saturated debris straight into a bin. after discussion we selected part of the garden for it to go and I would put it in the bin after the water drained away. I know from experience that the conservatory finials are impossible to clean, Mike did talk to me about some difficult to do spots that wouldn't look perfect, I fully understood (as I could never get to them properly either!) but the end result is still vastly, vastly better than I had ever achieved in the past. The point is that Mike and Craig engaged with me so I had no surprises.I would, of course, recommend Humber Clean

Humber Clean are a first class company, very professional and very friendly. I had my gutters cleaned recently and they did a brilliant job, very thorough and to a very high standard, they also clean my windows on a regular basis. Humber Clean do an excellent job and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Thought I’d give these guys a go after the great reviews and glad I did. Clean frames and sills every clean and good communication with Lucy. Had the gutters done also and the guys seemed very thorough and didn’t leave any mess. Very polite and friendly, 100% recommend! Great price baring in mind how long it took the 2 of them to do.

Great job by mike and the guys, they cleaned the roofs with care and attention, the gutters the same, soffits, window frames and windows all cleaned well with attention to detail and all done in a decent time for the amount of work there was, all staff were polite and professional. Would recommend and will use again.

Plenty of information given and Telephone call when appointment had to be delayed. The chaps that came were polite and efficient and a good job done. They showed us the rubbish which had collected in the gutters so we knew what the problem was.
