Tried to contact them by email in order to set out succinct but helpful details of proposed work with full intention of engaging them. No response whatsoever. Unprofessional. Went elsewhere and got fast responsive service. Need to substantially up their game on the customer service front.

Just had a new boiler fitted, along with several radiators and some existing ones moved. I really could not be more pleased with the result. The staff were extremely polite and proffessional, and adopted a Nothing is too much trouble attitude" to the whole job. Well done guys
