Beacons MRI UNIT

Big scan . Really good if you are claustrophobic. Both people who worked there put me completely at ease to the point that after I felt silly for freaking out before scan. In fact probably the easiest mri i had and i have had few by now. Usually hate them

Found it very irritating having to answer the questions, some a little bit personal standing out in the open for everyone to hear and yes other people were about. Doesn't feel professional at all.

The guy operating the computer is so unprofessional, he has asked me questions which i was politely responding to, he was rude shaking his head/looking up to the ceiling and rolling his eyes.Throughout the whole process of being inside this MRI Scan he has only spoken to me once to and that was not to reassure me that i was doing well or something positive instead he told me to stop moving in the machine which i know i did not do.I was stuck in this machine for 30 minutes without any update during my scan, it was the most horrific experience i ever had.The rudeness, impoliteness will not make me return to this place anymore.
