Great! Would recommend to others. Tried the comparison sites and they are never useful. Better to use a more personal broker. Get the job done right! Ask for James. He's just awesome!

Friendly service, helpful and concise.

Approached me back in early February with this pitch.........Following on from our earlier conversation, as I mentioned on the phone we have put together a specialist insurance scheme aimed at your type of business and with you being a local company we would be really keen to work with you and provide you with a competitive quotation that covers your business insurance needs as a Model Shop.After 5 weeks couldn't even provide a quote. Totally useless.

My car was written off and Wilbys was engaged to represent the company at fault. The broker I spoke to, Martin Brown, took no time to listen to me but constantly spoke over the top of me. When I refused to agree to the paltry amount being offered for my car and asked for details about the circumstances of the accident, he replied . Our client does not have a duty to disclose information on how they operate their business to you". This was followed by veiled threats that if I didn't settle immediately
