Good food and the pint of Guinness from here was very nice. Highly recommended for a late night drink when all other bars/ pubs have closed and you want to keep drinking and socializing but don't want to go to a club were you can't hear the next person.

I have been a member of the Empire for a period of time now. Tonight I would like to appreciate Daniel John the very handsome security man. In all my time as a member he has been amazingly curteous, caring, kind and very hospitable. Tonight I ordered an alcoholic drink and he ensured that he offered me water....NO ONE has ever ever done that...I would like to recommend that as standard practice wen people order alcoholic beverages that they should be offered water as if he had not offered me I definitely would not have ordered the water at the time. Offering water just gives one food for thought.He has shown that he is certainly concerned about the members.He is delightful and a really decent human. Thank you Daniel.

Sooo...There is absolutely No service.For 3 hours play I have to ask for the waiter thousands of times and he/she never ever come.When you want a drink you have to leave the tables and go get it yourself.Otherwise they have most of the games a casino should have so nothing impressive!

Nice place in central London to grab a late night fish and chips and some beers. For the sport lovers it is the place to be. Overall nice place.

The Casino have a really good dealers in the poker room. Fast and friendly. Nice food. The only bad thing is the waitress take so long sometimes if you want to order

This casino is a bit of hit and miss, sometimes I get really good service and it’s worth 5 stars, some times the service is meh… can get unreasonable dealers or cash desk staff that just makes your day troublesome. But all in all, it’s clean, it smells good. And 7/10 times the staff treats you with great respect.

Visit the king bar frequently, it seems like the atmosphere is hit or miss. Sometimes it is table service, other times we struggle for a waiter so we go up and order. The bar is swamped and there’s always one poor guy or girl to serve 100 people. I’ve always also found it odd that in a sports-bar, so popular as this, the uniform choice isn’t more relaxed?
