This place, this guy, is a total nightmare; he is rude, absolutely unprofessional, only driven by money, completely untrustworthy and awfully despicable.So basically me and my friend were looking for a seamstress for a furniture/cushion project, we came in with scale models and some plans with the 1:1 dimensions, he agreed very quickly and pretended he could do it within a week, we made a deal on the price as well. So we stopped looking for places and order all the stuffing and got all the fabric, then brought everything to him. He just didn't do anything. I called him twice to know how it was going, he hadn't done anything and was already asking for more money cause he realised it was more work than he thought. So when we finally met a week later we were supposed to see the first cushion and check the quality, but he just gave all our stuffs back saying we were wasting his time and calling us liars (yes!! he dared!!! cause he doesn't understand that x10 is different from +10 so he accused us that we lied on the size we wanted, and when i said we showed him plans as well and numbers dont lie he answered 'i dont care about the plans' . So this completely stupid guy made us lost around 1 month, did not apology, but called us liars instead telling us to go away, how is this even possible ??

Great location and all, but didn't pick up the phone and it was not open during the stated working hours

I needed to re-line my curtains and Zac did a superb job.Top quality work with very reasonable price. I can highly recommend Zac. The bad reviews here must be about a different tailor; Zac is a top professional.

the best and wonderful tailor in the whole of this world. knows just what to do. tailoring and alterations... Zac is professional, pleasant and gets the work done exactly how I want my fitting to be done. job done... wonderful.

First public review in my life and only because of how horrible this place is. Not only they have charged me ridiculous 20gbp for jeans shortening (and they could not even take measurements, because the guy who does it is on vacations")

Very expensive. Didn’t do what I needed him to do he charged me £21 per trousers to narrow the legs. He only done the bottom half. When I went back with my complain he had the cheek to say he can rectify for £15.Very rude don’t be fooled you can get things done cheaper and better qualityAVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have used Zac on three occasions for varying alterations and advice. All perfectly executed.

Zac is an excellent tailor and a very friendly man. I have had many clothes altered by him including a leather skirt and a dress and today a new zip in my puffer jacket. Neat jobs and good price. I recommend Zac highly

I've been using them for many years, Zac has done alterations for some famous brands and can alter anything from an Armani, to Zegna and do it the same as the original. His prices are fair, you get what you pay for. Always done on time too.

Not a very organised outfit, excuse the pun. Can appear vague and do not inspire confidence. Would also say you can get a better job and cheaper in various dry cleaners nearby
