This Hermes sud store is terrible bad service they doesn’t want to take the large items even the box item they just want to take small easy handle things I take my mid size box return delivery they refused to take it, never go there again,

Refused to take parcel after 11am on Saturday despite shop being open. Need to return Monday!!! Website needs to be updated to advise when parcels can be accepted to prevent wasted journey.
