Towbar electrical connection not working. We were all packed up and ready to go away with our caravan to find some of our lights not working. A call to Callum at Vision Towbars had us all fixed and ready to go in no time - and this was on a Saturday!! Once we confirmed the issue was with the car and not the caravan, Callum made time to sort the issue. He dealt with us quickly, extremely professionally and did not charge a ridiculous amount. Thank you Callum. I highly recommend you.

Great service. I booked online and got an auto- response confirming the appointment. I was nervous (needed tow bar for summer holiday!) So I phoned to confirm - but I didn't need to. Service was professional start to finish and was done at the time booked on the website.

Just had my towbar fitted today. Extremely satisfied with the job quality & tidiness. Calum was flexible enough to change the appointment to a day earlier. Phoned beforehand to advice on a slight delay in parts delivery & appointment time. Job was done in half the expected fitting time. I only paid on the same day. Highly recommended due to professionalism, quality work, friendliness & honesty. Great job & many thanks. ROBERTO

I had investigated a few tow bar fitting businesses in the Gloucester/Forest/Hereford area and Vision were my preferred option so I booked them to come and fit at my home in the Forest. Lead time was just a few days and communications were excellent. Calum arrived very promptly on the appointed day, was very pleasant to deal with, carried out a very professional job and the only addition to the quoted cost was a couple of mugs of coffee! Based on my experience I would highly recommend.

Really top service.I wanted a towbar for attaching a bike rack,Liam was super helpful in answering my (many questions). Then arranging fitting was quick and easy. They came to my house and it was fitted + tested in about 2 hours. Totally effortlessCallum and Liam were super friendly and professional. They showed me how everything works. Very impressed.
