Grange Print

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Grange Print, I found their service to be of poor quality and very bad customer service.We ordered two sets of business cards from them (one standard run of the mill stock and ones with gold foiling). Besides the slow turn around, they arrived in terrible condition. The gold foiling didn't adhere in many places, very sloppy and quality control was very lacking. Paul did try to salvage the dodgy batch with yet more poor business cards as they were trimmed very badly showing white lines. My business partner is a Graphic Designer and knows how to export a document with bleed and trim marks - so this shouldn't have happened. You can also see from the photos theres is unusual sizing differences between both sets.Paul decided to hide behind his T&C's and refused to refund our money due to the fact we had to send back his shoddy work. We were not made aware of this and he can see from the photos this does not meet trading standards as the quality of work is disgusting - we've also lost money and our client can't even use her business cards.This company has very low morals and values and they should have done the right thing by refunding our money in full. We've reported this to Trading Standards as a company like this should not exist.

Just ordered my 4th canvas from grange print. The quality, customer service & value for money is second to none.Yea most of us look at pics on our phone now, but nothing beats having those special moments captured on canvas to hang on the wall.

I have been using this company for many years for all my printing requirements & found them to be affordable, flexible, always special offers & prompt in their communications.During Covid, I became aware of how much this was affecting their company as it has to thousands of companies here in the UK but they have been able to weather this awful time & have not had to close their doors.For this I'm truly thankful as I'd struggle to find their quality of service anywhere else!Delivery can take a while so ordering in good time is essential.Their customer dedication is great & will always help to resolve any issues. Our business is vital to them now more than ever.I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to order prints. They have a great selection & many special offers. Their site is easy to use & they communicate each process to you too, allowing you to track your order/s.

Amazing value for money (Groupon purchase). I had an issue with my print but i had help and the issue resolved within minutes the most amazing customer service. Helpful,polite,responsive and professionalHighly recommended to ANYONE.The price was so low I didn't know how the product would come, they say never judge a book by its cover!!!!Thank you so much to the staff at Grange print you have done an amazing job. Keep up the great work!!!!!

Don’t believe all the 1 star reviews. The Group On deal advertises that a few extras need paying for. I’ve had about half a dozen prints from this firm and I keep going back because the service and print is high quality. They respond quickly to emails and are always professional. Great company in my opinion. Gonna order another print now. Cheera

Gone really downhill. Latest canvas purchased has no depth of colour or brightness, pity, it was great value and quality before but they are best avoided now

Both canvas I got were made to perfection. I have submitted few images which were not adequate quality but thanks to their checks and patients final products looked very good. Highly recommended.

It turns out this business is a scam. you buy your Groupon voucher for a few quid BUT you would be FORCED to buy all the extras that this company would throw at you, such as finish, thickness and many more. So in the end you will have to pay WAY MORE that the initial figure and you can go much cheaper at your local shop that would have even more features for your canvas that Grange Print can even offer. DO NOT GET YOURSELF LIED TO. This is disgusting actually. And illegal.

After reading some negative reviews I had to say something.I have been using Grange print for years and they are brilliant. I have ordered maybe 30+ canvases from them and they all are amazing. I have never once been disappointed. Wait times are a bit long but maybe I'm just impatient.Overall I could not recommend them enough and please do not take the negative reviews as gospel.Thank you Grange Print, keep up the great work.(they print things exactly how you upload so pick good pictures)

Love using GrangePrint, their prices are very reasonable and the quality is really good. I order from here after every holiday to have a canvas made of the landscape where we have been and they are always great quality and this is without the protection or checks that they offer.
