Worst McDonald's meal I have ever had.Didn't say hi or communicate when they passed me the bag. They got the order completely wrong on two occasions during the same visit! Got somebody elses order! Chips were not cooked. The soft drink had no flavouring was just fizzy water! Faulty machine but hadn't noticed. Forgot the sauces I had paid for. Found scraps of bacon in my big Mac meal!! Why?? Food freezing cold. Ended up throwing most of it.

The whole restaurant was filthy I was there around 8am and it looked like it wasn’t clean I’m not exaggerating all the tables were filthy couldn’t find one to sit at, I had to clean my own table. I had the breakfast roll and the bacon looked like it was fine off. I just had the hash brown and my hot chocolate didn’t want to eat it and get sick and didn’t want a replacement.

Not too bad when you go in but EVERY single delivery/drive thru we have had has been absolutely terrible. There’s always missing or wrong items and today I have received a burger (also wrong) which looks like it has been trampled on by a stampede of Rhinos. Won’t be using this McDonald’s anymore. Utter rubbish.

So disappointed with such a poor service and the guy prepering the burgers was picking his nose in the kitchen while dinner service, one girl was checking her makeup the other one on the till could not speak English poor thing was trying her best the big boy on the other till smelled like horse after a 4 hour ride on the sun and the guy at the window was on his phone was going on please we just want food done correctly it's just what we pay for

Went to McDonald’s today, sat 18th Nov 2023 . Ordered a drive through meal x2 with coffees , handed two coffees and was asked to park up in a bay , all the bays were full so they said just park in the car park when I questioned that they were all full . Waited - coffee’s getting cold now ! Girl came out with my order eventually and then bashed the side of my car with her tray , I then drove off with said lunch ( I live 2 minutes away) . Got home Half the orders missing and everything is stone cold , order 1997 was £19.87 ! Straight in the bin . Phoned to complain and spoke to a girl called Andrea who unfortunately got the brunt of my anger , however made excuses … no: 1 , we’re not normally this busy on a Saturday lunchtime!!2: were understaffed !!Absolutely furious , the only reason we shot in was because we were going out and didn’t have the time to cook .You’re a fast food chain , yes/ no!? We don’t normally eat this food and this is a stark reminder never to again . £20 down the drain .

This should be fast food but is not! I was in the left hand side to order and four cars ordered and went through on the right!. First and last time for me even though I go pass this every day. Harlow McDonald's has better service, maybe send the staff there for training...

This place is the worst McDonald I have been in. Cold food is served. Waiting 30 odd minutes for table service. Even though the food was ready 25 minutes before it was even brought to the table. The place is a mess no tables cleaned. Bins over flowing. Staff have an attitude when you take cold food back to them. And your polite about it. And the Saturday day staff just standing around not doing anything. I was not the only person to complain in the time we were there. Will not bring my family back here.

Food was ok, half our order was missing, no tomato ketchup, they'd run out. It could of been cleaner, messy & dirty tables. Lots of little flies. Ladies loos weren't very nice either, no toilet paper, sideways toilet seats and they didn't flush very well either. This was reported at the time. Bit of a shame

The place was filthy dirty when I visited. I'm surprised at this as it falls below McDonald's standards of cleanliness that's often seen at their other branches. Here's to hoping they sort this out..
