Optical Express Laser Eye Surgery, Cataract Surgery, & Opticians: Inverness

I am really happy with the experience I had at Optical Express. I booked online which quick and easy. My consultation went well, I had some some tests done by Luke and Emma who were both lovely, then after a short wait I went through and got my eye test done by Raymond. He explained & answered everything and I was best suited for Lasik iDesign. I then went through and discussed dates for surgery and my finance options with Emma, once I was happy with everything it got all booked in. On the day of surgery I was put at ease when I arrived and the procedure was very quick. I followed all advice given and thankfully I did not have any painful side effects. My 24 hour check up and 1 month check up went really well. The bruising on my eyes lasted a few weeks and I still have glare/halos/starbursts around lights at night time but hoping that will fade with time. My 3 month check up will be a phone one but I have had such a positive experience getting laser eye surgery at the Inverness Optical Express, I really wish I went ahead with it years ago!

We travelled from Lancashire to visit..they have a wonderful selection of frames we have found no where else.. very reasonably priced. The staff are excellent and very professional. I have bad vision and the time they take and the tests they use are very comprehensive. I would recommend to anyone.

Attended premises in Inverness for consultation today and was extremely impressed with the professionalism of staff and courtesy shown to myself and other customers.

Very pleased with the friendly and professional approach by Optical Express at Inverness . My cataracts were removed and new artificial lenses implanted in both eyes - only took about 15 minutes per eye. Was chatting with the surgical team throughout, and it was all very light-hearted, which certainly removes any anxieties. I can see better than at any time in the past 50 years, which is wonderful for such as me , as an outdoors person - wildlife watching, admiring the distant mountains and scenery - and of course watching my 2 Rescue Dogs running around on our beaches and in the forests. My thanks to all the wonderful staff who did everything possible to make this a worry-free , pleasant and rewarding experience.

It simply couldn't have worked out any better, my experience was very very good, on the day i felt like I wasn't left alone for long enough to allow my thoughts to run away with what was about to happen. The team are very friendly andI had lots of attention wbile I was waiting. The surgery itself, To say I felt in good hands was putting it mildly. This team are so brilliant at what they do.. I felt no pain. They talked me through the hole thing, I had a follow up appointment next day and I was very happy to see very clearly, I did wear sunglasses as advised, I have no glare, halo, nothing unusual at all.. I feel so blessed, I definitely recommend Optical express. Inverness.. Thanks guys from first consultation tthrough surgery to aftercare.. I highly recommend, very satisfied. Goodbye glasses, no more contact lenses.. Delighted..

Very friendly staff. Easy find them. They were also very good on explaining eye surgery options and cost.Not my first time with Optical Express and definitely not the last.

I visited the Inverness branch of Optical Express Inverness. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I had my sight test done by a friendly and kind optician. I loved the choice of glasses and everything was explained fully to me. I will go there again and recommend to friends and family. Excellent service!
