Mike helped me at Matthews to secure a tenant in my flat in Birmingham. He went above and beyond especially given situation with C19 and was in regular contact. I have now appointed Matthews Estate Agents as my lettings agent given the great service provided, which my previous lettings agency just wasn't up to doing. Recommended.

Do not use this company. I live next door to a property they manage. All the fences in the garden have fallen down. I called Mike who told me they would not repair them for two years after threatening legal action he told me that they would repair the fences. He is now avoiding my calls, text messages and emails.I will be taking both the acting agent and Landord now to court as I have a dog from the neighbours garden in my garden and they refuse to fix the fences.If you want to use a company that will mess about the neighbours and cause issues this is the company for you but I would stay away from Matthew Estate Agents and I look forwad to seeing Mike and the landlord in court.
