Saltburn Beach
What a fantastic place for families, solo travellers, couples, groups. Beautiful beach and country walks near by.. Met some lovely local people and what great fish and chips. There's a lovely quaint tram to take you down to the beach. Will definitely be visiting again

Really nice little seaside town. Nice promenade with a few arcades. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Lots of surfers, so must be a good beach for wave action.

I was there on a bright sunny day. Car park was full. Beautiful place to visit for a weekend with either family or alone. Driving down towards the beach felt a bit dangerous (sharp curves) so needs extra care to drive on a rainy day. Great day out to enjoy.Parking is paid.

Saltburn by the sea is a beautiful place. We visited for the day and there was plenty to do. Unfortunately on the day we went the tide was very high so we never got chance to see the beautiful beaches. There are some amazing shops to visit and the train on the hill looks amazing. There are plenty of places to park in this little town and some great places to eat and drink. If you love walking then you will enjoy this place. Well the hill will definitely get your heart pumping.

Lovely long beach, perfect for a brisk walk. Very clean despite lots of dog walking, they all clean up. Lots of people out, even on a November day.Stop and get a coffee or snack at the pier area. Couldn't believe the amount of people surfing or paddleboardingGreat for watersports

Saltburn Beach
Beautiful beach which stretches along to Redcar. Dogs during peak season are permitted to the right of the pier and further along to the left of the pier. Great to sit and have a picnic or to have a beautiful walk along the shoreline. Can occasionally spot fossils if you look closely. There are steps or s ramp as access.

My favourite beach to visit locally. There is so much to do here you can easily fill a day. We went on the tramway, visited the beach, went into the arcade, had fish and chips, paddled in the sea, had delicious ice cream, saw the miniature railway, visited the play park and made wonderful memories. My daughter didn't want to come home! There's so much more to do here as well. Parking can be a challenge but it's well worth it, and there are public toilets as well. Just a wonderful place to go.

What a gem! Saltburn has a lot to offer for those keen to explore. The old 1800's Cliff Tram leads down to a lovely pier and beach. There are a good choice of cafes located along the prom.A path can be found from the end of the pier that leads up the surrounding cliffs joining the cliff and coastal walk offering staggering views.Saltburn also has a good range of pubs, shops and restaurants providing lots to do.
