Tesco Extra

Not a 24hr petrol station for pay at pump. All pumps closed at 0510.

If I could give 0 then I would.. disgusted with the fire drill. 09 September shopping in the store and fire alarm goes off... no clear fire evacuation wardens, staff were unsure of whether or not to evacuate the store.. no direct route to any evacuation stations people just milling around the entrance with no guidance from the staff.... absolutely disgusting for such a large store. Surely you have fire drills

We love to do our shopping here. The staff is always so nice and the store very tidy. Great covered car park.

Had breakfast here in the cafe. Unfortunately the black pudding was hard and rhe sausage was undercooked. Toast, egg and beans was nice

I would like to Thank You for helping us with the Christmas Presents for our Residents, each year we struggle to get the amount of gifts we need to buy. All in all, and excellent store, with excellent food on sale instore and in the cafe.Quite often go to this Tesco, both to shop and for breakfast. The tills are rarely fully staffed, but that has never been an issue when I've been there as they work quickly and efficiently and the queues never get long in my experience.The amount of food, and non-food, on display is much larger than my local Tesco, and the shelves are always well stocked with a large amount of food, books, magazines, household supplies, etc. I've never had an issue parking and there is a large car park. Toilets are downstairs, close to the store entrance, and there are separate disabled toilets downstairs and also upstairs next to the cafe. When the escalator isn't working (which is not often) there is a lift at the back of the store.The cooked breakfast is usually better than most Tesco cafe's (the beans are usually hot, for example, not barely warm as in some other cafe's). That said, the cafe does sometimes suffer from the same problems as every other cafe, Tesco or otherwise. Nobody works seven days a week and people cook differently, so sometimes it's excellent and sometimes it's not quite so excellent, but it's never poor and we always get a nicely cooked and nicely presented breakfast served at reasonable price and by pleasant staff.All in all, and excellent store, with excellent food on sale instore and in the cafe.

Was up at tesco tonight was at the tills and got turned away with my shopping at 11.57 didn't shut till 12am bloody joke.

Great Tesco. This is the one to go to when another tesco doesn't have the stock you need

Massive amounts of parking ! Staff are cool when you ask for help ! Cafe up stairs ! Amazing views from upstairs making you feel and relaxed with plenty of light from the big windows ! So much to choose from men’s clothing women’s & kid’s clothing! Amazing product range with phones , foods drinks , music , computer games you name it they have it !
