The Old Bike Shop - Serviced Apartments

I booked a number of The Old Bike Shop rooms for colleagues who needed somewhere safe and clean to stay during their work away from home during the summer of the pandemic.Geetha was an impeccable host and the accommodation exceeded our expectations. The location was great (near to town and just opposite one of the best pubs in the city).I would highly recommend!

Organised, efficient and very easy service, ideal location for us half way between the City and the University and close to very good pubs and restaurants. Rooms very comfortable and better facilities than expected. Add to this the fabulously friendly Geetha for whom nothing it seems is too much trouble and made our trip so enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The room was very well appointed and comfortable. It was quiet and very safe. The location was chosen because it was halfway between the university and the center of town, which was intentional. Public transportation was very convenient and I enjoyed walking around and exploring the surrounding. neighborhoods. There is a fantastic little neighborhood restaurant a block away, and The Bread Source wholesale bakery is just a short walk away. Geetha was extremely hospitable, helpful and communicative, as I was traveling from America. The public kitchen was sunny, clean and a welcome resource for preparing a few quick meals when I didn’t want to eat out.

faultless and perfect. Wish there was a Geetha and TOBS at every place we visit. Stayed 4 days while we explored the area. Geetha, so thoughtful and attentive with her pre-booking info, then checking that we were settled with all we needed. The accommodation was spotless with all facilities both in room and communal kitchen/sitting area if a complete meal was needed. Location perfect for city along with easy access to ring road to explore further areas.Thank you

We completely fell in love with this place!The location, cleanliness, the vibe, amenities and the helpful staff (most especially Geetha and the two cleaners) are just a few of the many things why this is definitely one of our favourite places to stay in the UK. The space is just perfect, especially for groups or families who'd like to just get together and enjoy all that the city of Norwich has to offer. All serviced apartments are spacious, with lots of storage available, a kettle, a microwave and a fridge! The common kitchen is just what you'd hope for, serviced up to the latest standards and including all the cooking utensils you might need.Thank you, all the staff, for making our stay an amazing one! We’ll be back in a short time.

The Old Bike Shop (TOBS) in Norwich has become like our home within just a few days’ time. Starting off, the city is absolutely magnificent. You simply have to visit if you haven’t yet. There are many interesting sights to visit and the nightlife is just booming.Apart from the location, we loved the chic design of the place. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is equipped with literally anything you might think of needing (even salt, pepper, olive oil etc.) and the lounge area is so comfortable and great to work from. We couldn't have found a better place to get some work done, enjoy some nightlife and settle down for a while in Norwich!We're really grateful that we came across it and hope to be able to visit again in the future.

Stayed at the place for 4 nights, the apartment was homely, clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a small problem but Geetha took it all to be hers. I would recommend anyone when planning a trip to Norwivh to consider The Old bike shop. It's an amazing place to rest and enjoy your holiday.

Stayed here for 2 nights and booked it very last minute (literally) at 7:30pm, to move in at 8pm.Geetha was amazing and quickly arranged everything and called and guided me throughout till I settled down comfortably.The room was clean with clean sheets and towels. Plates and cutlery were provided along with provisions to make coffee and tea. There's a TV, mini fridge and microwave as well.I had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend if you're visiting Norwich.
