I liked the final look of my nails themselves but felt like they were a bit rushed and that more attention could have been put into the finishing touches (like the shaping of my nails). My cuticles weren’t done as neatly as I would have liked. I also wish I had known that it was cash only beforehand. Nice staff

It’s taken me ages to finally find my favourite nail salon in Exeter and I’m so happy I tried out deluxe nails. Always a regular in there now and never go anywhere else. All staff are amazing, I normally have Tony, but recently the weekend staff have changed and they’re still as amazing. Listen to what I want and happy to look at pictures to provide the exact same look on my nails. The women in there this weekend were lovely and knew exactly what I wanted and what products to use to achieve the look. My favourite nail shop here, always great service and such friendly staff. Thank you Deluxe nails for always giving me beautiful nails.

Such a nice place to get my nails done. I love the fact you can make an appointment or just turn up and there will always be time for you and no ridiculous waiting times! Perfect for busy days when you're in a rush or relaxed days when you just need to treat yourself. Tony is so polite and friendly and will always offer a drink even when he is busy! There's no awkwardness or rude attitude like I have had before at other nail salons in Exeter and he will always talk if you make conversation. I've always been greeted with a smile and he is so quick and efficient in his work, really 10 out of 10 experience. The prices are great too for such good quality nails, I've paid the same if not more for nails that have chipped and snapped within a week but the nails at Deluxe last me 3 weeks until it's time for an infill so I never have to worry about rushing in to get something fixed and it takes all the stress out of going to the city centre. I love the decor as well, really relaxing and nice place to be. There's also discount for new customers and 10% off until November with the silver membership card!

Had my toes and finger nails done for a wedding as well as my eye lashes. My new go to place. Would highly recommend

Paid £45 for a chrome set that unfortunately did not look anything like a chrome set nor the reference pic. I wish I read the reviews before..The acrylic was layered on too thick and not evenly.The first man said £35 and the other one said £45. The set was not worth either price.

Visited here for the first time,firstly I was very impressed by the offer of tea/coffee,great bonus as I usually visit after I've finished work.Lovely,staff very friendly.I've had my nails and tattoo eyeliner,and was very pleased with both.Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing work, there are you loads of colours to choose from, and such a friendly atmosphere and Tony is an all-round nice gentleman. And has lovely staff that work there too. A++

I went in with modest expectations for a simple acrylic nails treatment with a basic color. But my regret for not reading the reviews beforehand was swift and agonizing. The manicurist's filing technique inflicted unbearable pain throughout the process, despite my repeated pleas for gentleness falling on deaf ears. The end result? Two bleeding fingers and a scratch on my arm caused by their negligent use of manicure scissors.I continuously complained, desperately pointing out my bleeding fingers, but the manicurist feigned ignorance, focusing solely on whether I liked the nail color. There was not a single word of apology uttered throughout the ordeal. As someone experienced in nail treatments, I can confidently state that none have caused me such pain or resulted in bleeding. Their attitude was disgraceful, leaving me utterly infuriated and deeply annoyed.
