Outstanding service from Mary who made our trip to Derry and Moville a memorable one. The electric scooter provided was just what we needed. Also, a huge thank you to Sean Dillon who Mary had arranged for the scooter to be tansfered to Moville by.Thanks for everything you both did for us!

What an amazing afternoon we had yesterday, I have my son and daughter visiting me from Australia and London and they wanted to see interesting places in Derry, I always ask advice from Mary at Shopmobility and as always she didnt fail .My son and I both had scooters and Mary accompanied us for some of the way. we really did have a fantastic time helped by Mary showing us how to access the Walls of Derry by scooter, Once again this wouldnt have been possible without Marys advice, Thank you to Shopmobility and Foyeside for having the facilities for us to share

I am a single parent with two kids and I have Multiple Sclerosis. I have been using the shop mobility service at Foyleside for over 10years during which time my mobility has deteriorated to a point where without this service I would no longer be able to visit the shopping centre as I do.With a scooter I can visit as many shops as I wish, I can take my son to McDonalds on the 4th floor or to get his hair cut on the 3rd floor. I can go shoe shopping, visit the chemists or mobile phone shop and buy groceries all in one morning.Mary is always enthusiastically generous with her time and open to a friendly chat making the whole experience easy and a pleasure.Without the shop mobility service at Foyleside my freedom to feel normal" for a couple of hours would be dramatically curtailed and I hope it may continue for many years to come."

On a visit from Belfast to Derry my husband needed to use shop mobility foyle .We turned up without booking and were greated by Mary who enrolled my husband and after all the training and lots of advice we were on our way.We joined the walking tour which he was able to complete without hindrance.The service is great for those who may not otherwise get to see the city.We have already booked scooter for our next visit thanks again Mary

I cannot tell you how thankful I am for this place, and the wonderful lady who runs this store, Mary. She was absolutely amazing, and I’m not sure my grandmother would have been able to see half of the things we saw with the wheelchair from here. Her hip was fine when we got to Ireland, but we’ve done so much walking, it really took a turn for the worse. Shopmobility was a blessing, and we are so glad it is around. I was even able to take grandma to Giants Causeway! What a precious memory we were able to have thanks to this company!

Thank you Mary for everything you did for my family and myself. Just to say that Mary is great help is not enough we met her when my mum needed help to get around many years ago. Mary did everything possible and more to help make my mum Frances happy nothing was to much trouble for her. Then my Dad had dementia and we asked Mary again for help and again she was fantastic. Now because of the wait for hip replacement operation I again went to see Mary and again Mary has been wonderful again she really is the most friendly, helpful, kind and supportive person my wife Majella and I have ever met . If there something that Mary can do she will do it whilst making you feel like a friend Mary thank you will never be enough but thank you so very much you made things so much easier for me. We are traveling from the United States and I fell and broke my knee cap in Ireland. I have been struggling to get around on crutches. However, our tour guide, David,.referred us to Shopmobility Foyle to obtain a wheelchair so that we could enjoy Derry. What a pleasure working with Mary to make the arrangements and allow me to participate in a tour of this beautiful city. Great service!!

My mum is a regular client of Mary at Shopmobility Foyle. It’s an amazing service which enables her to get out and meet friends and visit the shops independently. We’ve come to rely on the Shopmobility team and their fantastic service because it gives a huge boost to my mum’s ability to socialise and meet people which is so important for her quality of life.

Shopmobility and Mary were wonderful! Our 93 year old mom was able to explore Derry and her roots in style! We even walked part of the wall. Thank you so much!!
