Absolutely rude, doesn’t have no respect the manager called “irfan”, I gave him a call to cancel a shift due to not recieving uniform or ID badge because most hospitals, occasionally send staff home without uniform/ ID aswell as due to infection control, I have explained this to the manager but his reply was “if you don’t attend the shift I will not offer you no more work”, I honestly don’t understand why I am getting threatened, I wouldn’t like anyone else working with him because he can’t even manage anything correctly, even though as a manager he kept on ending the call on me which is absolutely irresponsible aswell as disrespectful, this company deserves to be sued!!
