Lost my phone on a bus, did a tracker on it and it was at this place. When I phoned them up they denied ever seeing anyone coming in. It remained there for 2 hours but once again when I called them I was told that there was no phone had been there. I had to do a full erase of all data remotely and stop phone working. The phone was a Samsung S9+ over £800 of phone lost. I'm epileptic and can't drive so rely on the buses to get me anywhere.

1 star is way too much for theese clowns . 2 deliveries in one month both wrong. One delivered to wrong address despite my address on the parcel and 2nd was a no show . NEVER NEVER NEVER USE DX. Worst courier company in the uk hands down

Trying to arrange a re delivery is so difficult. Tried online and it says the tracking number and postcode don't match, although it's on all correspondence they provided. Phoned and got through to someone who transferred me, after 18 minutes the line went dead. No choice but to wait till Monday morning.and ring.

Lost or should I say mislaid our delivery and received it five days later than promised. It’s a bloody mattress not a small item. Not so much as an apology!!Check the other reviews before you decide to use these cowboys.

Caused damage to my porch 2 weeks ago, sent photos and information to the complaints email and had no response at all. V disappointing, maybe they are the new Hermes????

Email on Friday to say delivery was going to be Monday, received email Monday to say between 14:00PM and 18:00PM waited in house all day received another email at 15:53PM we have attempted to deliver the parcel and were unsuccessful which is a lie I've been in all day with my brother and a dog who would have barked if someone knocked at the door. Contacted someone to explain my dissatisfaction for them to say they did try to deliver it, which I replied with well in that case they shouldn't be to far from my address tell them to reattempt delivery. The only response I got was I've rebooked it for the next day between 9AM-5PM and then left the chat. What a joke customer service is disgraceful!!!

Try he attitude from staff is diabolical. We are awaiting delivery of a matteress ordered online and after tracking showed that it had been recieved in Leeds yesterday and was out for delivery today we contacted them online to find out what time this would be only to be spoken to like rubbish firstly by Tory from web chat who was downright nasty when my husband asked that they dealt with it over we chat due to my disability meaning I don't deal well with phone calls. Despite my husband asking nicely he was told not so nicely Don't talk to me like that" then recieved a call from Christie who wasnt much better. Despite the tracking clealry saying Leeds had received it yesterday and that it wabsout for delivery today they claim they don't even have the parcel and tried to fob us off saying that the tracking was generated automatically when the order was booked and that the item was still with seller. The seller actually dispatched on 19th. This will be getting logged as a formal complaint and I'll be writing direct to DX freight. Do not use this delivery firm their attitude stinks."

The delivery service from this company was absolutely appalling, and probably the worst experience I have ever had from a delivery company.I got a message to say the consignment would arrive between 8am and 6pm on Friday last week, so I arranged to work from home and waited in all day for it. They didn’t turn up at all and didn’t contact me at any point. I searched online for their customer service details and sent a message asking them to contact me.The company ignored that message and instead delivered the consignment (which is very bulky) today to a neighbour while I was out, and the neighbour then left it on my front path where I found it on arriving home this evening. The company has also handled the consignment quite roughly because the packaging for the 3m corrugated roof panels was hanging off and the edges were scratched.

Been using couriers for over 30 years. If you want to use the worst in the uk who will lose your product, promise credits, not return calls, lose your customers through their complete incompetence, you need to sign up with these guys. They are without a doubt the worst courier service and support in the uk. Pay a bit more and get a proper courier service. There has never been a better use of the phrase as you get what you pay for. These guys are the dregs in the gutter in every department…
