Had pre booked a taxi early in the day. For midnight pickup. Still hadn’t arrived by half 12, on the app a taxi hadn’t even been assigned to me. Spoke to them on the phone and just told they were “busy”, “it’s a weekend night”. I don’t understand why they bother with a pre booking if they are unable to deliver. Another guest had my function had the same issue, also with Fonacab. I thankfully managed to get an Uber home, genuinely amazingly poor service.Update- 9/10/23Thank you for your reply to my review - if the information you have provided is accurate, and you have a shortage of drivers, it’s even more baffling that your company is taking bookings which you are unable to fulfill. If the weather had been inclement, or it had been a lone or vulnerable person who was left high and dry, it could have been a major problem.

Drive rough

It was okay, had to wait a while but it was a busy day for them and all other taxi places.

Left female passenger stranded at an isolated train haunt at night. Driver annoyed that train was a few minutes later than booking time. Told me it was cancelled as I was getting into the car. Drove off and left me standing alone. No concern at all for my safety. A local firm had a taxi there in a few minutes when I explained I was standing on my own. I will be using local from now on.

Was out there on st. Patrick's and had a fantastic driver named Brian! Most funniest and nicest driver we've ever had! 5* all the way!

Very quickly taxi comes when they aren't so busy

Thought taxi driver was very rude and making extremely inappropriate comments on the drive not impressed at all.

My girlfriend got a taxi from here and I can't even begin to describe how angry I am, 1 star is too good for this place, she went out with friends into Belfast for a night out and two of her female friends were talking about their relationship and the taxi driver said 'there's no need for that foul language' he then proceeded to pull over and told them to get out, frozen with confusion they began looking at him baffled he then exited the taxi and aggressively demanded that they get out with no level of respect, then abandoning them in the middle of Belfast at night, we are from lisburn so they didn't know the area very well and were literally left and the side of the road because two of them were talking about their relations with women, utterly despicable that in 2017 homosexuality can be treated with such disrespect, this will be brought up with the equality committee and I will not relent until action has been taken. Never using this depot again.
