Well sorry I cant be as positive , my dear friend lost her precious dog a few weeks ago, she heard nothing atall since, last night she got a phone call from this vets asking why the the outstanding balance hadnt been paid!!! and was told it was your responsibility " and the balance would be going to a debt company tomorrow

Our cat passed away totally unexpectedly last week. In a state of shock I contacted the practice late on Friday evening to ask what I should do. The lady who answered the phone was polite, empathetic and explained my options/next steps. When my partner bought our cat to the practice, the team were reassuring, supportive and gave us all the details we needed to read in our own time. Today, we received a sympathy card and paw print from the team, for which we are incredibly grateful. This was a horrible event for us as a family and we couldn’t be more appreciative of the way the team supported and guided us - they truly care. Thank you

I cannot thank Eleanor and her lovely team for the care and support they showed towards me and my bulldog Betsie . Their kindness and reassurance was amazing in a very stressful situation.The treatment she received means she is now home with me .I am so grateful they were there to help .
