From start to finish the whole process was carried out professionally and thoroughly. Chelsea was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is very knowledgeable about her field and also manages to explain the process in a clear and concise way. Thoroughly recommend both Perrys MG and Chelsea. She is a Real asset to the company.

First time using Perrys for service on our 202MG HS that we have had for a couple of months. Francesca was super helpful, and the cleaning was top notch. Unfortunately there looks to be a bigger issue than expected with a wiring harness so will have to have it back in for a couple of days in the new year for repairs. Francesca has already got a loaner lined up, so I anticipate a seamless process. Looking forward to having our future services carried out here.

Chelsea has been wonderful and so helpful, Keeping us informed all the way though, from choosing our new car to delivery. Plus her aftercare is amazing. She is a great asset to your company.

Very friendly staff. Because my car was ordered in August and the used car market has crashed there was a significant shortfall in the cost of the car on delivery.I must say that Russell was excellent at working with me to close the gap. The deal offered was still much better than any where else in the country. The car handover was slick. I am very impressed with Russell he is a nice guy.My only criticism is the senior managers at the dealership didn’t have the decency to speak to me about the issues.Just an update on my review. I was told that as the price of my vehicle was not what was initially quoted, I would receive a good deal on a service package. I have made one phone call and already got a better deal at another dealership.I strongly advise people to shop around and double check what these lot are saying.I am not impressed and have reduced my feed back score as they seem to be incapable of learning from customers feed back.

a big shout out to chelsea who is very helpful and efficient. she made us felt very welcomed and answered a lot of questions that we have raised. as of my partners language barrier she was very patient and was willing to explain the terms to us over times and times. not pushy with extra purchases and warranties let u decide if u have the needs or not. a very pleasant purchase with her.

Had to write this review to say how amazing Chelsea Holmes customer service has been for me. From coming in and getting information to driving away in my new car today. Chelsea has kept me informed every step of the way and made buying a car incredibly enjoyable. Won’t be going anywhere else again. I have been purchasing cars from Perrys Preston for many years and, as always, I am extremely happy with the service from Perrys, Preston MG. I was sold the MG HS Trophy by Chelsea Holmes, who is very knowledgeable and not at all pushy, keeping me informed by email and in person every step of the way from my initial interest in the HS until the handover today. The lovely coffee on arrival was a bonus. On the test drive Chelsea went through all the controls which, as I was changing from a different make to an MG, was a bit overwhelming but she was very patient and easily answered all my questions. Chelsea went through everything again today at the handover, ensuring that I was confident with the controls before I set off. Perrys aftersales service is excellent. I can highly recommend Perrys MG Preston, with 10/10 to Chelsea for personality, knowledge, sales and after- sale support.

Bought a used car from Perrys in Preston. Chelsea Holmes was excellent throughout and answered all my queries and questions. 99% of the communication was via email, which wasn't a problem for Chelsea. The car turned up in amazing condition as described and the delivery driver was very helpful too. This was all done without seeing the car in person. I would highly recommend Perrys in Preston and highly recommend Chelsea Holmes.

Genuinely Amazing helpful & friendly dealerhip! I’ve owned many cars yet Chelsea Holmes & Dave Cowens (Sales Manager) made it Fun & Fair to buy a new car. When I ordered the delivery time was 12 weeks due to colour choice! They found one in a UK dealers show room, bought it & had it on site for me in 3 days !!! NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE !Very Highly recommended.
