Morrisons

What is it with morissons cafe...all their coffee machines are out of order and not even an instant coffee is offered. It's the same at gorleston. It's no way to run a café without coffee!

Not very often that I visit this store as the location is (in my mind) weird. Stuck in the corner of a trading estate where both the parking and getting in and out the store are hazardous, driving in to find a space you really have to have your wits about you, and then if your unlucky enough to find a parking space nowhere near the store you then have to navigate your trolley back through this parking nightmare, again hazardous and very inconvenient.

2nd Morrisons of the day we have been to, salad bar nearly empty and no one was refilling it, so thought we would get something at another counter and was no one there to serve us, disappointed.

Poor breakfast as per the next bad review that’s put on here regarding the cafeteria. There is certainly is a trend that goes back a while. Very few good reviews, I’m surprised that the management don’t react to this issue, especially as it is damaging to the business.

One of the few places that stock my favourite coffee, otherwise I wouldn't shop there at all. Staff rudeness seems to be a brand requirement, as both Lowestoft branches are the same

No fresh mix rolls. Nothing on time. After 9am im still waiting for any fresh bread. Very disappointed and hungry.

Nicely laid out store with plenty of room for manouvering.Friendly staff, especially the lady on the till, who was willing to wait while I repacked my bag after packing my wallet underneath my purchases!

Love Morrisons, such a shame Meat counter has to shut early due to staff problems, good prices, friendly staff, lovely and clean.

It's an okay supermarket don't often shop here as I don't like Morrison, I've had some major issues 3 weeks ago, one the restaurant they told me the chicken would be 20 minutes and arrived 40 minutes later, then 4 days later I had a major problem with the cold meat counter the staffs attitude was appalling, but on the other hand I visited the restaurant 5 days ago and I must say a young man working there was lovely, polite, curtious and very efficient his name was Shey, he needs a pat on the back from management2nd VISIT LOWESTOFTWe visited yesterday to the cafe just for a coffee and cake it was absolutely APPALLING, poor lady who was serving, cooking, dishwashing, taking hot food out she didn't have time to clean the tables, I would have thought it was against health and safety fir someone to be on her own in that environment, I asked if someone from the store could come and help her she told me she had already asked the store manager but no one came, every table was covered in dirty dishes, this is the second time I've been in here and it's been like this, ABSOLUTELY APPALLING, you should be looking after your staff not flogging them to death, I'm surprised she didn't walk out, if you can't sort it get a contract caterer in who can do the job because clearly you can't
