Smile In London

My experience with Smile has been consistently positive over a number of years. They are always. welcoming and friendly. In particular, they recently went above and beyond to help when my son fell and smashed his front teeth. The receptionist (Laraine) and dentists were kind and supportive when it happened and have been thoughtful in terms of an approach to his treatment, clearly talking us through the options.

I've been going to Smile" in Wanstead

I was a little apprehensive in changing dentists, however from the moment I made contact to arrange an appointment and spoke to Lorraine I knew it would be OK.They take great care of you from the minute you walk in until you leave! The reception staff are brilliant! Lorraine is even a football fan! Her chats with my son made him happy to attend the dentist!!The dentists and hygienist are fab! They gave me good advice and gave recommendations on the right type of products.I must say even when Covid was more prevalent the protocols they had in place made you feel safe.Very clean airy surroundings.I really can't fault the service. I would highly recommend.

Moved to Wanstead area recently and stumbled across Smile" Dentist. The experience has been super smooth thus far. An initial consultation to check the health of my teeth and gums

Just to say I had a wonderful experience at Smile in Wanstead .I was very anxious, having just lost my mum, and the Dentist, Tim, was expert, he did everything to make me feel relaxed before my filling, reassuring me and telling me what he was doing step by step. He was so lovely , and so was the nurse. My tooth now looks perfect, no longer chipped. The receptionist also ,as totally lovely .I cannot recommend this surgery highly enough.

Excellent experience with the Leyton branch. Informative dental service and tremendous care delivered whilst receiving treatment. From the front door to the treatment room. No matter how many words are typed, the appreciation and thankfulness cannot be enough.

Can’t thank this dentist surgery enough for their outstanding practice! Took my son for his first ever appointment and the way they showed him so much warmth and care, he came out buzzing about the dentist and can’t wait to go back! Thank you Smile!

Always a great experience. Everyone is so friendly, but also professional. I would recommend as never do work that isn't necessary and always highlighting which areas I need to pay attention to when brushing - very into preventative work. Would highly recommend for any one nervous about having your teeth done as so good at making sure you're comfortable.
