J.S. Waste

Had to make an urgent call to JS Waste following being informed that my tenant had built up household rubbish and that it was attracting rats. They were able to clear the property in two trips, and left the area clean and rubbish free. John was unfazed by me saying that rats were present, and even gave me reassurance that when the rubbish went so would the rats.Very quick, responsive, professional and courteous would not hesitate to recommend this company

These guys were fantastic I hired them to remove some waste that had been dumped buy some Moron's and they went above and beyond, although im out of pocket £400 I really can't fault these guys I would definitely recommend them , Thanks guys you done a great job . Polite , respectful just nice guy's .

So happy with the service provided today. The two guys turned up and loaded the entire garden waste plus the shed stuff as well They were polite and efficient. They saved me over £100 if I had ordered a skip, and they did all the hard work. Well done lads, will definitely use you again, and happy to pass your number on.

Very helpful, totally professional, and great value. I overestimated my amount of waste and was immediately refunded without requesting. Highly recommend and will definitely use JS again.

I use this company regularly. They are always on time, maybe a little too cheap!! Not that I'm complaining!! Always quick and efficient and very friendly. I highly recommend using this company!!

Were able to help me out last minute with clearing the house for a tight deadline. Full truck load of various bits. The 3 staff were excellent; professional, friendly, considerate, thorough and hard working. Good price too.

I called and explained exactly the rubbish I had to remove, i.e. 2 mattresses and some additional rubbish. They said it would be between £30 and £70.00, depending on how much additional. When they arrived the next day, they immediately quoted £70.00. I said to just take the mattresses and whatever other rubbish they could for £30.00. The employee was extremely rude and said had come all the way from wherever they came from(!) and said it was too much bother for only £30.00. He also claimed I had a mini skip full of junk, and he called arrange one for £125.So he left without any money and I have now had another quote from Veolia for £27.00.I called to complain about this employee's attitude, but of course no one was available, 'but will call you right back.' I have not heard.I notice no other reviews have been posted. I had a skip bag to get rid of the waste that accumulated in the garden, they are a good size bag and the service was great. when i was ready for collection i just let them know and it was collected the following morning.Very reasonably priced and saves spending a stressful trip to the dump and then having to spend another hour cleaning your car after.I'll definately use again.

Just moved into new property and needed garden cleared of old wood , rubble and tree cuttings. The guys were amazing, defo a 10 out of 10 service. I highly recomend this company.

The service from this company was way above excellent and I cannot praise them enough. Over the last 6 months, they have completely cleared a house/garage and garden (jungle actually!!) that had been neglected for over 20 years, so you can imagine how bad it was, but John was always so pleasant to deal with and nothing was too much trouble, which really took the stress away from me and my family. Once clearance was finished, we were on a tight deadline to complete on the sale of the house and as I live in Kent, I couldn't get to Clacton, so the company even dropped the house keys to the estate agents for us, service way above and beyond!!! Would not hesitate to use J S Waste again in the future !!
