Terrible service, put a filling in which needed redoing less than 6 months later, kept waiting 40 mins for appointments, always cancelling and changing my appointments, yet went to previous owners for nearly 40yrs and missed one appointment due Ill health, took me off the books. Without the legal 4 weeks notice. Hung up on me, bad customer service!

Happy with this practice. Sabina is trying to do her best in difficult circumstances. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist and view it as a necessary evil, but she's understanding and tries to ease my obvious anxiety. I've been to quite a few dentists over the years and this is as good or better than any of them.

Lovely place and very quiet. Especially nice for me as I'm very nervous at the dentist.The dentists are all very friendly and efficient.As long as you keep your appointments and get seen once every 2 years (like most people do!) You will never have to worry about being de-registered like the other review mentioned.I really reccommend this practice. 5*

Don’t go ther ther is only 1 dentist ho is really bad and only think how many people can put 1 day ther is quantity not quantity., worst mistake been ther ., mest up my teeth and now i pay 2 more on private dentist to fix shes mistakes!!!

Excellent Dental Surgery. Such kind and friendly staff. Their genuine attention to ensure you are comfortable and at ease during your appointment is amazing.. I especially love their attention to oral care awareness and continual healthy hygiene for your mouth. They are true healthy teeth champion's. Would recommend this surgery highly.

I would have given zero but unfortunately I do not have this option, I am the mother of a 15-year-old girl who has been a patient of this clinic for more than 7 years, being a minor my daughter benefited from free services through the NHS until a month ago when I went to a check-up with my daughter, having a plan already prepared through the NHS, Mrs. Dr. Sabina asked me which treatment I prefer private or NHS, then I asked what is better for my daughter and she told me that the NHS is not good and if I want private, I have to pay.I mention that my daughter should have had a Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF) Liquid Treatment, the price being £35.00 per tooth, I agreed to have it done privately only that she put two fillings that day for my daughter that fell out a few hours later, the next day I called about my daughter's problem and she called me to the next day to see her problem, but she continued to work on another tooth without caring that my daughter was in pain and left sadly the tooth unfinished but asking me another £170 for what she had done, that means £220 in total, as I had paid £50.00 two days ago, an unprofessional doctor who only thinks about how much money he can take without caring about the patient's pain.

The lady from reception is very rude and whitout respect!!!!She tell me hold on a secondAnd after 12 minute for waiting she close the phoneI try call back but the line is busy

Dr Sabrina Hamid and team.Following my recent treatments, I just felt compelled to write to say thank you.I have been a NHS patient with the practice since a young boy and at 65 I've seen many dentists in my time.I am extremely impressed with how the dental profession has moved on in both treatment and in professionalism.I have to say that the treatment I am receiving now is the best I've ever received not only the professionalism of the dentistry but also in the clarity of communication and the kindness shown when clearly, I am concerned and in pain with my teeth.I no longer fear coming to the dentist in fact it is a bit of a pleasure. I look forward to my six months to check ups and my dental hygiene trips so I just wanted to say thank you to you all once again and hope you have a fantastic Christmas (sorry if that's a bit early) see you again in the new year.
