Crankhall Lane Dental Practice

I was terrified to go to the dentist but after 3 days of really bad pain I couldn't take no more. I couldn't recommend this surgery enough. Tia on reception was amazing. She went above and beyond and calmed me down from the start. She was very reassuring and answered all my worries. When I got called in I saw Patricia who was amazing. She was so calm caring and reassuring. She explained everything to me and nothing was to much trouble. She saw how scared and anxious I was about having my tooth out that she even came and sat with me through it. Manny who took my tooth out was so upbeat and patient. He spoke to me the whole time keeping me calm n relaxed. Not forgetting the trainees there they are all so polite full of smiles and reassurance. What a great dentist with a great team.

Having had several dental surgeons in my lifetime only two stand out. The first a Mr Dale when I was in my teens, and now Manni. Always made to feel at ease and all treatment fully explained. If you're nervous about dentists this is the place for you all the team are approachable and understanding.

My son was really scared and nervous, Greig the dentist was so patient with him, he talked to him all the way through and explained everything he was about to do before doing it. He took his time and constantly reassured him and kept asking if he was ok and if he needed a break. Quality of care was outstanding and very person centred. All the staff are so lovely, now my son says he won’t go to any other dentist!

Mr Mavi is a first class dentist not only in practical skills but has a considerate understanding and supportive manner.I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a dentist.Thanks againKathleen SmithWest Bromwich.

Brilliant dentist, reception staff are always polite and welcoming whom always arrange for myself and my boys to have appointments together and after school. Dentist is very friendly and I love the fact he asks them the questions about brushing their teeth and explains everything. Lovely family friendly practice

Mani has been looking after me for years. He’s so calming and talks me through everything before any procedure. I can’t speak highly enough of his professional manner and relaxing demeanour.I had a bad experience with a different dentist when I was younger and have been scared ever since, but Mani always puts me at ease.I live 45 minutes away, but have no intention of changing to a more local dentist as Mani is so good.

Excellent Dental Practice the work they do is outstanding. There very caring and only too happy to help with any queries you may have. All modern equipment has been installed in all of the rooms too. Dental Nurses and Receptionists are a very friendly bunch, I highly recommend this Dental Practice.J. Williams (Mrs)
