A lovely area close to Conwy and on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. Splendid views toward Conwy. Good free parking. Great starting point for long and short walks in the northern Carneddau.

Spend a lot of time at Gwernengan have done fore over 40 years far to many dog walkers up ther now worst thing the council did was put the car park up ther lots of people leaving litter wild life is slowly going .I still see most things I use to but not as often such a shame
