First time ordering from this takeaway and we were very impressed! Ordered kebabs which were delicious. Best ever. Food very tasty and arrived hot! Delicious, will definitely be ordering again very soon!

Absolutely shocking, ordered at 8.45 pm and it came at 10.45 pm even though we was told it would be here within the hour. I phoned several times and told the food should of arrived. In the end they refused to answer the phone. I ended up putting a frozen pizza in the oven for the kids as we thought the order was not coming. Food finally arrived cold, beef was hard and chewy and there was a full children's meal missing.We will definatley never be ordering from here again and I urge others not too. Absolutely shocking food and bad customer care skills.

Ordered food turnt up 45 minutes late chips were dry literally one piece of onion on my chicken burger when I asked for salad asked for pineapple on my pizza and paid for that as an extra and wasn't put on. Chicken tikka kebab with chips was fatty and dry chips. Rang the reasurant to tell them and no care at all kept interuppting me telling me I was wrong about the burger then kept interuppting me not listening awful customer service will never order from here again

First time customer.Ordered a Valentinos Special Kebab I say that loosely because there was nothing special about it. Speedy service friendly staff but unfortunately that will not make me return for more under par food.

Very small portions for the asking price. Mainly the kebabs, which is a shame because they’re always cooked fresh, decent quality and taste wonderful. just very very stingy. Fries are almost always cold and pizzas are inconsistent. Burgers are standard not complaints there. I would definitely order more often if it wasn’t for the portions and would of given more stars.

Ordered for them before, was great. 2nd order was rubbish. Arrived barely warm, fries chewy, pizza rock hard, barely any cheese on, no flavour.Contacted them, was dismissive, not interested. Wont be ordering again

So I ordered my food then an hour later it said on the app it had been delivered. So I called up to see what was going on they said oh sorry it will be another 45 mins. Then the food came and the delivery guy was so rude he snatched the money out of my hand and I was waiting for my change and he was refusing give it to me saying it was 20 pounds but it was 19.77 so I just got frustrated at him and told him to keep the change. The driver was so rude never again from here!

I had the worst experience with this takeaway. I ordered a delivery this evening. Originally was going to order off just eat but couldnt get it to work so i phoned up...The food wasn't on time and the driver was beyond rude.They over charged me for my order and when I questioned it he shouted and said I was wrong and they wouldnt deliver my order if it was that much. However, I just double checked on Just Eat and I was correct and my order was indeed over charged... Because he had anger issues and I felt intimidated to argue my case I agreed to go get more money. He shouted back My car is running so you need to hurry up!!!!" I went to get him some larger notes and on return he didn't want to give me my change. I requested he give me my correct change and he was like "oh and no tip!?" At this point I laughed and told him he was rude... the food itself wasn't very warm and a bit burnt. The driver put me off my food as well... 100% would not recommend this takeaway!!!!"
