From our initial meeting to plan my brother's funeral, they listened and guided me through the process at a very difficult time with genuine care, support, and sensitivity. They both helped me put a wonderful order of service and photo tribute together and were always so supportive and helpful. They contributed to a beautiful send off for my brother, and myself and my family are so grateful.Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always there at the end of the phone if I needed them and followed up with me afterwards to see how I was and how things were going.
