First visit since I took ownership of my Epace and it was to have my second key programed to the car. All went well, I was offered a taxi into and back from the city which I used, as it took 3 hrs with a wash and vacuum. Staff were very polite and helpful and the car is superb.

Very friendly and welcoming staff and our sales consultant, Nick, was extremely helpful and thorough and looked after us very well. Nothing was too much trouble and he was passionate about the vehicles. An outstanding experience.

What a great experience provided by Tom, his Sales Manager and team. Whole process of purchasing a new car has been excellent. Emails addressed in a timely manner. Any issue sorted. Can't beat the service received, very professional and exactly what you expect when making a purchase like this.

My most recent visit was a handover a New to us Jaguar F-pace which was handled by Jason.We'd spoken prior the appointment over the phone and email leading up to the day and knew what to expect in the handover of the part exchange vehicle etc and everything went smoothly

On Oct 14th, I had an appt to meet with Nick Hawkins to discuss exchanging my 6mth of Land Rover Discovery for another vehicle Nick was empathic as to the reasons I wanted to change it and together we found a perfect solution with my lovely new F-Pace Jaguar. Nick made the process seamless and both he and the finance team of Jasmine processed everything in a week ... perfect. Such a great experience again, this is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Nick and would highly recommend this dealership for their friendly, welcoming way you are greeted and treated. Well done to the whole team, including all the ladies on reception - great customer service - thank you.

Appalling service - took all day to do a routine service that was supposed to take 2 hours. Repeatedly lied about when the car would be ready. Promised to wash the car but failed to do so. To top it all - the invoice shows the wrong vehicle description. A bunch of absolute amateurs.

So friendly and helpful! Really helped us out of a tight spot after phoning an hour before arriving! Had our 4 year old Daughter with us and they even gave her a free Jaguar Sticker book. Thank you Inchcape Jaguar, we will be back!

First time I’ve ever felt the need to write a review like this, lovely new showroom, shame the customer service is shocking!Arranged an appointment on Tuesday for visit this morning (Friday) 70mile round trip to find three of the four cars I requested to see were not available as seemingly one under negotiation, one in body shop and one having an MOT! Sent a number of emails through the week regarding cars I wanted to look at, not once did the sales person let me know I would not be able to see them or I would have rearranged the visit and not wasted my time. She was unwell and going home today so unfortunately the young gentleman who served me had to take my dissatisfaction although nothing to do with him. Will take business elsewhere.
