Just got a hair oil w manufacturing date of 2013 and expiry date of 07/2016, surely that is sick ! Last yr got the same oil thought they had changed it but no . Not what I expected as we don't shop here v often . Not all products have price tags either and the staff at till makes price up on the spot speaking their own language. This is disappointing because the variety & most prices are good otherwise &staff manner has changed for the better, they don't follow people arpind as lich any lore

Support your local businesses and shop here. Prices are really good with a HUGE variety of beauty supplies. I noticed that a few ethnic products are a lot cheaper compared to a few well established High Street storesHuge selection of hair oils, soaps and shampoos. Have shopped here for years!

I've been using Queens cosmetics now for the last 20+ years. I've seen the guys go from young boys to young men who are always kind and helpful. They are well stocked with everything you could possibly need for you hair care. Great shop. Excellent service. My all time no1 go to shop.

I don’t live around here. Only came around this area for work purposes. I just thought to go in and check for the things they have. I must say I am impressed. They have a lot of hair, makeup and skincare products. The shop is very clean and tidy. I got my hands on a few products that I can’t wait to try. The products are fairly priced. The staffs are helpful. I will definitely go back and get more things.

I always come here and spend upwards of £45 each time. Yesterday I came here with a family member to buy a curl cream and didn’t see it so continued to look around for an alternative product. My family member was looking at the hair brushes and feeling them through the touch holes on packaging as they wanted a really stiff brush and I was about 3ft away going towards the synthetic hair section as I wanted to practise doing braids. The shop assistant who was there that day we have never seen before, he told us some products were 10% off so we thanked him and continued to look, every single isle we went to he was right behind us. And not even at a distance he was so close he was right up against my bag at one point and he was pretending he was reading the pacakaging on hair bonnets but we knew he was profiling us and probably thought we were shoplifting. I have never in my life shoplifted or stolen before and I have no reason to do so either, even when we went to pay for goods this assistant was right up behind us so I looked at him and my family member told him to stop following us or at least be discreet about profiling customers. I set my bag down on the counter showed the clerk I only had a drink and some mints in my bag with my purse and was not shoplifting, I even had a shirt on that cost more than all the items I was buying so money is not an issue and I have no reason to steal. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement as I’ve always had pleasant experiences and know the usual clerks who are more than helpful and genuinely friendly but this one person clouded my view yesterday and I even took my business to another store. I am a grown woman in my twenties who is well educated and has always strived to do well, I hhave been stolen from before so know how that feels and wouldn’t think of ever stealing from anyone or a store I usually enjoy visiting and have always spent large amounts of money with each trip, especially when I have more than enough funds to my name to purchase my products I went there for. If I come to this store again and see that clerk is on duty I’ll turn around and visit the other beauty shop in the market where I know I won’t be followed around and racially profiled when I’m only there to keep their business afloat and a well valued customer as all the clerks know me very well.

Amazing shop. They have all what I want. All staff are kind and friendly. Whenever I go, they help me out to find products. Nowadays I felt in love ebin braid formula which is soooo good.

My favourite hair and beauty shop. I travel from West London as they have the best variety, fair prices and they are always in stock. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I know a lot of people say they follow you but I found them to be very polite and at the end of the day unfortunately there are people who will steal and this is a business. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they have a lot of skin lightening products. I don't like this and don't think it should be encouraged as they are dangerous in the long run

The shop assistant mindlessly gives plastic bags to mindless customers who just mindlessly take them, even though their have plenty of space in their other bags. Save the plastic. You can see the Green Street is trashed with rubbish and so are the oceans! Moreover, you guys are required by law to charge 10 p for every plastic bag and you currently don't! If you want to run a business follow the rules... and stop trashing the planet.
