Heads-up!Not 24 hours M&S as stated on Google Maps!Lit up like an oil rig at sea yet closed?Unnecessary experience with a forceful man at the automatic door, with hands ready to push me away. I felt threatened being most honest, and all I wanted was milk.I've been attending this BP garage for years fueling my company cars.If I was treated with respect then this comment wouldn't have been required... sadly myself and my business will be looking at another garage that's not BP.Employ staff that don't lose you business is my tip, as you've just lost his yearly salary at least six times over.Thank you for your past service, as I'm not rude.

Great thing about BP petrol station is... The wild bean cafe does alternative milks! Well done.. Good service here too they're always busy but always pleasant.

Advertised as 24 hours which is not quite true whereas some; nights the staff wont let u in,opening hours online needs to be changed to state its not 24 hour which will save many the hassle when there in a time of need.

I would say it is just just standard BP petrol station but I'm afraid it is not the staff inside are so friendly and helpful always happy to go that extra mile and make you feel welcome the staff member that served me tonight also friendly and really happily engaging in lovely conversation he made me feel welcome and made the rest of my night which was just what I needed after a really long shift unfortunately I didn't get the colleagues name but if this helps anyone at BP I was served at terminal number 2 receipt 2587793

Inconsistent opening hours due to mismanagement, used to be open 24 hours for years until a few months ago when they decided the M&S store should remain closed between 1-4 in the morning but they are not even able to abide by their own new rules. Every now and again the store stays closed throughout the night and they won't even serve petrol (check second photo) other times they close the doors at half twelve or earlier, depending on their mood: I've actually seen with my own eyes a member of staff saying let's just close it now". The excuse used to be "lack of staff"

Petrol price ridiculous, 7p cheaper a litre, that's a litre not gallon in more central Brighton.
