Justine was extremely calm and approachable. She helped me to find the real deep reasons for my issues and though I might of not have done all she asked but I always felt better after our meetings. Would highly recommend.

Justine is very easy to talk to and makes me feel comfortable during our sessions. Each session is personally adapted to me and catered to the various mental health issues that I am currently struggling with. Each session is related to the last allowing me to progress and improve with her support and professional guidance. Not only do we go over issues that have occurred in my past, but she also ensures to give me the tools to go about my normal daily activities. This makes particular experiences more manageable and they no longer feel like a constant burden I am stuck with and that will hold me back from reaching my true potential!

Justine is a wonderfully calm and understanding person. She made me feel really comfortable in our sessions and was great at spotting patterns in myself that I hadn't noticed. I recommend her to anyone looking for support of any kind.

Justine provides an absolutely fantastic service. Having struggled with anxiety and depression for around 6 years i finally sought help as medication alone was not controlling my condition as well as i would have liked. Within a matter of weeks the progress i had made under Justine's guidance was nothing short of miraculous. After 4 months, i find myself free from medication, handling difficult situations better than i ever thought possible and feeling the best that i have for years.
