Rang at 9.15am today as I had a problem with a relative's hearing aid purchased in this branch. Advised I would be called back within 30 to 40 mins. Rang again at 10.35am and left a voicemail. No-one rang back at all. Called to Specsavers Newtownabbey and they had hearing working in 2 minutes.

Waiting well over a month to receive my second pair of glasses. I phoned twice, one about five weeks ago then about three weeks ago and was assured both times that they would be ordered but both times I got the impression that the assistant was rushing to get me off the phone and not taking the time to get my name and I can only conclude that they didn't bother.

absolutely shocking experience- who would’ve thought getting an EYE TEST would be upsetting. I then left a survey as this is specsavers’ procedure for complaints- just to have the store manager Paul ring me and tell me how i was wrong. Sir if your staff have upset me to the point i am writing to you about it- do not call my personal telephone and defend their behaviour. Ridiculous experience all around, can’t even give feedback without getting phoned and patronised.

The best branch I have used. All staff are so welcoming and helpful. I was very happy with the level of service and advice I received. They are very busy but I never had to wait long and was kept informed as to what was next during my tests. Excellent customer service!

The guys where great all the way through. My optician was always telling me what was going on and what the x rays / scans revealed and what good and bad looked like on them. The member of staff who helped me pick my glasses was helpful and showed me all the options.I can see so much better now. Only thing that wasn't discussed, well two things was contacts and varifoculs which would have suited me much better but overall amazing customer service and professional care
