Emergency Tow Truck Service Raigmore

Absolutely awful my partner broke down in inverness lastnight,I phoned this company at 12.05 am and was told that someone would come and that they checked the pick up and drop off post code they said that it was only a 11 mile journey and that someone would come as they were near by!!!!!!So at 2am i called back to be told someone was still coming to which they NEVER came at all!!!!!!!My partner sat in the car waiting till 7.30 am in a freezing car that would not switch on in a pair of shorts waiting for someone to come because we were told twice they would come.Absolutely Shocking!!!!!!!
