Big Fan of Pepes but there portions are shrinking day by day . Please check the food before you take out . Ordered food last night and pretty much disappointed. **chicken breast pieces were dry **

Worst Pepe's franchise. Just don't bother going here. Hit up Rio's near Fox and Goose instead. Took the money and then said the the grill wasn't working. Asked for 2 cans instead of a cup drink with 2 meals that were orderd and got refused. Asked for 1 can and still got refused. I should have just asked for a refund there and then. The food had to go straight in the bin. Just look at the picture of the wings. Absolute waste of time and money.

Don't have the basic sense to give people cans if they want to do takeaway. Food quantity has reduced significantly. Last time I had it they did not offer the breast chicken piece which is a bummer. For 9-10 pounds a meal the chicken piece is too small and expensive.

I'm not happy with the pricing of this place, considering the portion sizes. The amount of chicken you get is too little for the price you pay. The food quality and service depends on who is working that day. The waiting time can sometimes be a bit too much for what you get. If you was cooking me 10 meals then fair enough otherwise waiting up to an hour for 1 meal is a bit too much.

I visited pepes branch in alum rock with a guest to enjoy the nice flavours of the pepes chicken, unfortunately i had to cancel my paid order due to very unprofessional customer service and this guy tagged in the picture was extremely rude not happy at all the way they handled my order not satisfied. I hope you'll improve your customer service in the future

The true home of Pepe's Piri Piri chicken. Birmingham's No. 1 Branch. The tastiest, spiciest and freshly prepared chicken. It's flamed to perfection and delicious from the 1st to the 1,000,000'th order. The nail in the coffin for Nandos. This is where it all truly begins. This branch occupies two units, and recently redecorated with a dark interior and revamped seating. It's a very comfortable feel and great for dining in with small groups, families and couples. Great staff and excellent customer service for 6+ years and counting. Mostly open till very late (1AM) and very busy at all times.

I don't know who's idea was it to change the sweet chilli sauce, it was perfect before now it taste completely different. why change the recipe, can you revert it back to the original sauce thanks.

I would very much recommend this place to dine in with friends and family. Staffs were amazing and helpful. Clean tidy, very spacious. Food is just so tasty and delicious !
