Called 21 times before finally getting through, gone is the you are caller 11, you have to listen to “we are filming blah blah blah” rubbish! How many times do we need to hear the same thing over & over! Waited for 30 minutes then was cut off! Sort it out! Your service is ridiculous. NO WONDER YOU ARE NOT INFORMED OF CANCELLATIONS!!!!

I have been a registered patient for 6 months now, and still to see a G.P face to face. Diagnosed with a condition, which women are the higher risk factor, without the required examination or xrays to actually confirmed if correct condition. My husband is still awaiting follow up promised contact, regarding a condition diagnosed after cancer treatment. With over 31000 patients registered, its all about the numbers not the care. Hoping to register back at my old practice P.D.Q.

At least a 4 week wait for blood tests and thats at the earliest. For such a big surgery the waiting times for tests and appointments is disgusting. I honestly don't know what's happened to the surgery. Its like they can't cope with the amount of patients.1 star is being generous because I dont see anything positive about the place.

Keep calling 3 days, noone pick up. Show up to reception, and the receptionist just sitting, not picking phones. For what she getting paid? For drinking coffe and chatting ?

My 84 year old grandmother was fastracked to the hospital. They told me to call her Gp to arrange some bloods and antibiotics. Every time I call I’m in the que for over an hour! This is not acceptable.My gp has the same amount of patients and I’m never more than 10th in the que and get through in about 15 mins!They need to rethink their system because this is ridiculousThey’re keen to push econsults but it always says temporarily unavailable so that’s useless

Can never get through on phones tried for 2 weeks before I got through I ask them a question didn't now said they would phone me dack but never phoned this is the worst boctors I have been with.

Must be the worse GP practice in the North of England. The telephony system keeps playing the same message over and over again until you get through, that's if your lucky to get through. And when you do finally get through, they cannot help you, you will never be allowed to speak to any GP, the only option you have is to do a e-consult online and then it's a 48hr wait before you get a call from a clinician.. It's a horrendous experience to say the least.

Absolutely shambles of a surgery!!! You wait in a cue when you call if you can actually get through as its constantly engaged for 1 hour only to be cut off when it's near your turn to speak to someone and I have been trying to book online for 4 working days now and it constantly says online appointments are unavailable until tomorrow morning....must be the worst surgery in Bradford it needs a complete overhaul and maybe Dr Khan should concentrate on his surgery rather than appearing on TV!!!!!

Had my Covid injection here it was fast and well organised. The vaccine itself was pain free I didn’t feel a thing, although I had a mild temperature on the night of the injection I was fit as a fiddle the next day. Impressed with the service and well done to all the staff it can’t be easy vaccinating hundreds a day.
