Great local gym with very friendly staff. Good cardio section (rowers, runners and bikes) and big selection of free and machine weights. Great value at £5pp per day.

This gym is one of the best gyms around the Chester le Street area. The staff are amazing and really do care about the gym. The equipment is brilliant including the cardio room and the squat/deadlifting room. Brilliant value for money as well.

A friendly, no frills gym. The equipment is all in good order, the staff are always willing to help. Its not a glamorous country club with swimming pool and jacuzzi..but if you want to get fit, loose weight tone-up, this is could be the gym for you.

Loads of equipment with tidy and clean gym. I liked the system of cleaning the machines after every use. The staff is super cooperative and friendly.
