Have gone to water row dentist with Russell and Sharon for many years, the fact that loads of the family go and nobody lives nearby says it all!Always friendly and puts all at ease. My dad still goes at 92 and happy to go. The girls who work there are always lovely - we see Danielle and Laura on most visits and really friendly and welcoming.Many years so far and hopefully many more in the future!Thank you all!

Russell and staff are very friendly and helpful. He is very gentle and keeps you abreast on any procedures he does. If you’re afraid of the dentist, I would recommend Russell, as he puts you at ease. Russell has been my dentist for 25 years.

Always welcomed with a friendly smile. Sharon is always lovely when you come for treatment. She explains everything she has to do. And always listens to any questions I may have. I know it’s a very busy practice but you are always given undivided attention and never feel you are just a number. Thank you.

Appointment was easy to arrange, surgery confirmed with me the day before and all in order when I arrived.I was greeted and called by name throughout my visit - a nice friendly touch. I was taken in to surgery right on time.As always, Mr Smith was friendly and welcoming, put me right at ease. My checkup resulted in a longer 45 minute treatment, but this was no problem for him and all was fixed on the day - no return appointment.Mr Smith explained exactly what he was doing throughout and the costs involved. So I always knew exactly what was happening.Mr Smith made sure I knew and understood the after care instructions, easy to follow.I also received a follow up message to check all was well.Highly delighted and cannot recommend this surgery and all who work there highly enough! Mr Smith has been looking after both myself and my daughter for well over 10 years. He always goes above and beyond to provide us with the best care. Amazing service and friendly dentists, been with them since I was little, They do their best to keep you calm and relaxed when worried about treatments.Had to get 4 teeth out and 2 of them being wisdom teeth, I was referred to the dental hospital so I could get the treatment that I wanted. Availability is brilliant also.

Fitted me in on a cancellation for which I was so grateful but Sharon went above and beyond sorting a completely separate issue and staying late to do so. No discomfort at all! Lovely atmosphere and lovely staff always. I can’t recommend highly enough. Sharon is so calm and professional. Visiting this dental practice is almost a pleasure.
