I did my first ever session of cryotherapy here and I loved it.I was explained everything about it before entering the chamber and the guy managing the place was very kind and helpful.It doesn’t feel as cold as you think thanks to all the protective gear.After the session I felt great. Really full of energy!! I’ll come back.
