Very happy with this vet. Lovely staff. Appointments are offered quickly and at a time to suit you.Treatments explained and feel my pets are well looked after.

We brought our boy in for an urgent check up as he was struggling to breathe and his back legs weren't functioning properly, he had an arched back and extremely tight tummy. We were taken in to a room where they took him away for 2 minutes and brought him back.They told us that he was only overheating and to cool him by damping him down. 2 mins of advice for £58 and then sent us on our way.We done exactly what they said to do and 12 hours later my poor boy was in absolute agony and struggling to breathe, tongue going blue and very bloodshot eyes.We rushed him to an emergency vets in Milton Keynes and they rushed him straight in and put him on a ventilator because he was so ill. Unfortunately he had to be put down which completely broke all of our hearts. The vet asked if we had taken him to another vets during the day so we told him what ark house vets did, he was in absolute disbelief.Due to Ark House Vets incompetence my boy had to go through 12 of distress and agony and ultimately had to be put down. Although it probably would have been the same outcome if they had actually done their jobs properly, my boy wouldn't of had to suffer like he did.I really hope your pleased with yourselves breaking my families heart.

Overpriced.They prepared health certificate for our cat and charged £300. Did not expect it.Because we got that paper before from a different vet (1 year ago) and she charged around £70. She was on holiday now, that is why we went to Ark Vet. I googled other Vets to check the price, it is around £180.By the way, £300 does not include any vaccine or registration. My cat was registered in their system before. So, Just paperwork.I wrote this just to inform other travellers especially if you have limited budget.

My dog hurt is leg and could not weight bare. I contacted the surgery in the morning and they fitted me in right away. The vet was fabulous and thorough and he is hopefully on his way to recovery with a follow up appointment next week. So happy with this vets highly recommend.

We originally registered at another vet for our puppy but on our first visit we had a really poor experience so decided to switch and was recommended Ark House Vet . I am so glad we did. Every single person who works in Ark House is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. If reception aren’t sure they make sure to find out from a vet. Our vet Becky W took our pup into the consultation room and just got to know him, fussed him and spent a lot of time asking me questions and answering my questions. It was such a positive experience for both of us which is so important when a pup is 12 weeks old. When I got home I told my partner how good it was and how happy I am that we switched. I cannot recommend Ark House Vets enough!!!

Very quick and easy online registration process. I wanted to book my cat in for a general checkup following her being registered and they called me back a couple of hours later to book in. Very professional/friendly service. Very clean practice. Thank you Ark House!

We only registered to Ark House during COVID when we had an issue with our old vets surgeryGenuine concern & care was shown to our cat during a difficult diagnosis (luckily he's continuing to do well) & we've just registered our puppy too.So far we really like the personal touches that we get at Ark House & we're really happy that we switched. We have to travel further to get to you but I'm happy to do that as the level of care is better & we know our pets are being well looked after.The staff are super lovely & we look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Ark House went above and beyond treating my teenage daughter's rat and showed great compassion at the end. A wonderful veterinary practice, very professional and caring.

We have only had cause to use Ark House for a single condition that our cat suffers with. They removed 4 of her teeth but on review by a specialist because she was clearly in pain, they had left half of one of them in, with the nerve etc. exposed. After the operation, we were also given quite poor aftercare advice, which directly led to one of her legs ballooning and of course, another trip to the vet. Lastly, her monthly medication can be bought for £18 with a prescription, online. I appreciate that vets have to mark meds up to make money, but the same medication from them is £79 per month! Almost 4 and a half times more!!If your pet isn't insured to the hilt, I'd really avoid ark house
