Fox Hagg Farm Campsite
Great site, lovely and quiet. I have been staying here on and off in my camper while working away from home. Great views and 15 minute drive from Sheffield.

Fox Hagg Farm Campsite
Nice site but on a steep hill with no footpath so not very good for getting to bus stop. View is wonderful and it is very quiet. Owner could do better at sorting pitches as you are allowed to pick your own spot which lets vans park at all angles. Also had family arrive at just gone midnight . Bus to Sheffield from top or bottom of hill. City pass for all day travel on bus £5.30 or bus and tram for £5.90. Lots of free museum's. Only down side is the Clean Air Charge which is on the main Sheffield ring road with no other main route to use.

We only stayed for 1 night in our campervan but will definitely be coming again. Lovely views, the toilet/shower block was nice and clean , there's a little room for pot washing.

Great location, on a working farm.Showers were the only letdown. The push-button system only stays on for a matter of seconds. £1 for a 10-minute shower would be much better (in my opinion). Other than that, it was a great, peaceful place to stay.

Fox Hagg Farm Campsite
The campsite is very nice.You can easily reach it by bus, it is approximately 20 minutes away from sheffield center, and a 12 minutes walk away from the busstop.The owners are very friendly and uncomplicated.The campsite is simple but nice, clean and quiet.Toilets, showers and a small room for washing dishes are available.The only small thing we were missing was a drying room for clothes ;)We can totally recommend and would stay here again.

Great site with grass pitches and Lovely views back down the valley. Electric hookup available. The toilets are clean though somewhat basic. Price per night is comparatively low, and the owners were great to talk to. As others have noted, access from the A57 involves a steep turn but it's hardly a problem for most vehicles.

Excellent value for money (£7 a night) and very convenient location with access to city and peaks, owner seemed very pleasant. Camping field was on a slope not too bad, but biggest issue was the ground was very uneven to the point of tripping over walking across field. Toilets / showers a bit tired but it was only £7 so wasn't expecting much

I stayed here 7 nights August 2022. All good and nice until Friday afternoon, then the whole weekend, the field got packed with tents, vans, caravans, spread and crammed at clients wish because no pitches allocated. Noisy people until small hours of the morning. No enforcement of any rules by the owner, the lady didn't answer the phone late night and didn't answer when I knocked at her door to get some help to stop the noise. I suppose she had a good sleep while not bothering about the comfort of her clients. A big no for weekend time on that campsite.
