My experience is always excellent with Dr Kartik Patel and the team at Perfect Smile. I like that the time is taken to explain how, what and why things are going to happen as well as the opportunity for questions. The attention to detail during work being done is excellent and I always feel confident I am being well looked after.

I called on November 20th 2023 for my next available appointment -they told me my dentist is fully booked up till March/April 2024.... so how can you be possible be accepting new patients when you can't even serve the ones that you currently have

Worst experience ever. They made you wait even longer time than recomended by your doctor who is working in their clinic. Also denture was broken after just couple of months and they still made me to pay for the fixing! Didn't even bother to check if the denture had any problem with it at the first place.

We had an appointment to adjust my father’s dentures as they were digging into his gums and causing a lot of pain.Dr Vinal adjusted them and he can now eat again without any pain! Thank you!Thanks once again Dr Vinal.

Alexander Victor (dentist) is the most overbearing dentist I and my family have ever met. He is just incredibly arrogant and unprofessional - it’s so annoying and off-putting. He needs to take a course on communication skills because he lacks the very basics of this!Perfect Smile, what have you done with the lovely, wonderful David?? Bring him back. He was a true treasure. The best and most talented dentist any of us have ever seen (and we have a wide range of dentist experience - including Harley Street ones), humble and professional, friendly and approachable. He was perfect. If only you knew the number of people I referred to Perfect Smile Acton just because of David!Perhaps David could teach Alexander some peoples skills over zoom (if he’s gone back to Spain!).

The dentist I saw today was very dismissive and made me feel very uncomfortable. I told the dentist a number of times I have private health care and I would be happy to go down that route however he put me on the NHS waitlist and said “we are done for today it will take about 4 months to be seen if they accept my referral. You are happy to see a specialist it will cost you a lot more.” I never once mentioned cost, due to lack of dentists taking on new patients I travelled 1.5 hours each way today for this appointment and waited 7 weeks. I am now looking to find another practise. The dentist rolled his eyes and laughed at me each time I spoke. Horrible experience, I left feeling belittled and low.

My most recent appointment with Fareed Ahmed (dentist) was an extremely negative experience. The dentist didn't listen to my concerns, treated me unprofessionally, and displayed unkind and rude behavior. I had booked an emergency appointment due to the severe state of my teeth, making it difficult to eat or drink. However, the dentist repeatedly stated that he couldn't help me because he lacked expertise in performing X-rays, among other issues. Additionally, the dentist's attire appeared unkempt, which was not in line with the professional standards expected in a dental clinic.
