We lost our father on the 23rd of September. Our knowledge of how to arrange a funeral was less than zero. And then we met the amazing Debbie. She talked us through the process asked us questions that we didn't know existed to be honest. We have been treated with respect and real concern for us as a family. Love and thanks from Enid,Allan, Steve, Ann and Gareth. It was a tough time for us all but Debbie made it easier. Much love and respect to all involved xxxxx
