My lawnmower had developed a problem. I went on YouTube and identified what I thought it was. A call to Greg and he said bring it down to the shop. I started it up and he thought for a moment, grabbed a pair of pliers and adjusted the running speed. Fixed in less than a minute. No charge. But I promise to bring it in for a service at the end of the season. Thank you.
