Betfred

Visited this betfred today as I was going to my grandads, did £30 on that virtual double and then £10 ew on a virtual horse then the guy starts having a go about me being there to do pushes and being a runner and not trusting me , what’s that about is this what betfred staff are trained to be like with the public , I only wanted to do some horses and football bets for the day but this clown made me leave pretty much straight away , I went too a different shop to do my horses where I felt my business was wanted , complete disgrace and the staff need a dressing down from upper management , how dare someone say they don’t trust me , the guy don’t even know me , complete joke and would tell people not to visit this shop 0/10 for rubbish customer service
