Bought a car. Automatic gearbox issues within 6 weeks. After multiple phone calls and emails of getting nowhere I drove 100 miles to the garage to sort face to face. The man I encountered was extremely rude and after 20 mins of discussions ushered me outside to take a phone call. A further 20 mins later I went back on and found him to be booking a cruise. I waited for him to finish before telling him that his behaviour was rude. He lost his temper and aggressively demanded I leave and get out of the garage. I’m taking them to court now. Avoid like the plague. They’ll sell you a car but any serious issues and they will ignore you. You won’t be able to speak to the owner as he doesn’t respond to emails, and is never on site. Reported to trading standards. Judging by the other reviews probably not the first complaint they’ll have. I won’t stop until I get a full refund now.

Bought a Discovery 4 from them a week or so ago, The airbag light came on soon after collecting the vehicle, a quick call to Paul and he got the ball rolling and bent over backwards to get it sorted, they took it to a Landrover specialist for diagnosis and fix, and provided a courtesy car in the mean time. Well happy. Highly recommended.

Came from really far to test drive and ideally buy a car. Asked so many times about the condition of the car. We were reassured it was very good - the car was on 41k. We came - the car was hit, had damage on a few other places, passed MOT proving that one of the brakes didn’t catch which was more than obvious. Totally lost 4h of our time based on misleading information. Whether the damage occurred from the previous test drive - they should have inspected this before telling is it was “very good”.

Went to look at a car for my daughter. Paul was friendly, and really helpful and I was able to test drive car. I paid £100 to reserve car. Although we decided on a different car from another dealership a few days later. I had no problem in getting the £100 returned. No pressure sales from Paul and would definitely go there again in the future.

Great Service... or NOT as this case is! Popped in to have a look at a vehicle, the vehicle appeared have not have been serviced in 30k, when I enquired to see if they had any understanding of the discrepancy.. I was told (frankly, very rudely interrupted) by another salesman to call the main dealer and find out for myself (which is not actually possible due to GDPR regulation) - when I asked why he was so rude I was told I wasn’t going to he “aloud to purchase the car”... rest assured with the rudeness and poor paperwork I wasn't chomping at the bit! Go steady if you want to deal with this garage... unless you know fully what your letting yourself in for.

Bought a car in May had a few problems but was sorted without fuss and Paul was great...just waiting on warrantys to be sent all goodLove my car

Sad to say we did not come away with the car we looked at,But all the staff are helpful and friendly, great variety of cars to suit all budgets ,

I called them about a Jaguar S Type they had advertised for £1999. It was described as being in clean condition throughout and with full service history. Myself and my brother in law arrived at asthe agreed time and the car was clearly not as described. There was areas of rust and a very poor paint repair on the passenger door. I asked for the keys and when I started the car it didn't sound as a V6 Jaguar engine should. I should point out that I have owned four previously. In addition the engine management light was on and also a low coolant warning light. I spoke to a man who spoke poor English and he said quote you only have £2000 pounds to spend then you buy banger car. It is what it is

Fantastic service, customer care was incredible. No request was too much trouble. Honest and open about the used car I was buying for my son. Had it delivered to Manchester and was on time with an outstanding used car. Test drive was excellent, the staff were very informative and the car exceeded our expectations in cleanliness, well cared for and a new MOT was given as part of the deal. I would highly recommend this car specialist and would be a returning customer
