We recently purchased a used Mitsubishi ASX from Midgely Motors and were very impressed with the service we received.Richard was great to deal with, both over the phone and once we arrived at the garage. He clearly explained the features of the car and answered any questions we had and at no time did we ever feel pressured. The car was exactly as described on the website and in discussions over the phone, which was important to us since we had driven 130 miles to view the car.The service provided by Midgley Motors was just how we like it, honest selling based on traditional values of service where the priority is to provide their customers with excellent quality cars that meet their needs rather than trying to sell fancy paint protection, gap insurance etc.We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Just bought a Mitsubishi L200 from Midgley Motors. This is our third vehicle we have from them. As usual the service was brilliant from start to finish. Booked my car in for an MOT at short notice. They managed to fit me in and it was all done and dusted within an hour. The ladies on Reception were lovely and even made me a coffee! Highly recommended.

Had a routine service and MOT for my Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV yesterday and just wanted to let everyone know that the customer service was second to none. I raised a small issue I had been having, over the phone, when I booked (something a previous garage had had the car in for and never sorted it) when I got there my comments were correctly noted on the job card and they checked with me what was needed. The service MOT and small additional job was all done fuss free and in great time at a very reasonable cost. I travelled for an extra half an hour to use this garage for my mitsubishi as I had read on various PHEV forums that they were experts. The reports were true! Excellent courteous customer care and knowlegeable staff. Recommend, Recommed, Recommend...

What can I say about the service from Midgley Motors that a five star review doesn't say. Initial contact with the sales team was great quickly identifying our needs and a suitable vehicle. The process of purchasing the vehicle was very smooth and collection was very swift once the extras were completed. The member of staff using the vehicle is very happy and has enjoyed using the vehicle since he got the keys. Can certainly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle contacts them, we are some 200 miles away and they managed to give us faultless service after not being able to find what we wanted locally.
